Yoga Teacher Training (200 RYT)
Explore, Learn, Evolve. Start September 2025 (English)
A 200-hour yoga teacher training (YTT) is more than a certification—it’s an opportunity to dive deep into yoga’s philosophy, movement, and meaning. It’s for those who seek to deepen their physical practice and explore yoga as a living, evolving inquiry—one that weaves together movement, breath, philosophy, and self-awareness. Whether you aspire to teach or simply want to understand yoga on a more profound level, this program offers a space to engage, question, and integrate yoga into your life in a meaningful way.
Yoga Teacher Training
In September, we’re starting again with the Teacher Training—an opportunity to dive deep into yoga, whether you want to teach or simply enrich your own practice.
This training isn’t just about learning poses; it’s about experiencing yoga as a multi-dimensional practice—physical, energetic, philosophical, and deeply personal.
You'll develop a practice that feels both strong and sustainable, grounded in breath and body awareness. Instead of just memorizing cues, you’ll learn to teach with clarity, adaptability, and confidence, understanding the why behind what you share.
We’ll explore how movement, breath, and the nervous system interact—so your practice and teaching come from a place of connection and ease. And most importantly, this training encourages critical thinking and deep engagement—not just following, but questioning, exploring, and refining your understanding of yoga.
What you will learn
This training covers everything you’d expect from a comprehensive Vinyasa teacher training—from sequencing and philosophy to anatomy and teaching methodology—but with a perspective that is grounded, curious, and adaptable.
Teaching & Sequencing with Purpose → Move beyond scripted cues and learn to structure classes with clarity, adaptability, and a deeper understanding of why sequences work.
Philosophy in Context → Yoga isn’t one fixed tradition. You’ll learn where key ideas come from, how they evolved, and how to engage with them in a way that feels both informed and relevant today.
Asana Beyond Shapes → Instead of memorizing poses as fixed forms, you’ll explore their purpose, function, and variations—understanding how they interact with breath, gravity, and the nervous system to create a practice that is both intelligent and adaptable.
Yoga as Self-Inquiry → More than just movement, yoga is a tool for awareness. You’ll explore how you think, react, and engage with yourself and the world, using yoga as a lens for both personal and collective growth.
Science & Experience in Conversation → Nervous system insights, movement research, and embodied awareness aren’t separate from yoga—they enrich it. You’ll learn how to integrate modern understanding without losing yoga’s depth.
Context Shapes Meaning → There’s no single “right” way to practice. You’ll learn to think critically about yoga, adapting it to different people, needs, and situations while staying true to its essence.
What Makes This Training Different?
This is not a training where you’re handed a set of rules or a fixed system to follow. Instead, it’s a space for exploration, conversation, and transformation—where tradition and science are not in opposition, but in dialogue.
We move beyond rigid traditions and modern commercialization to offer something deeper:
Beyond Tradition & Modernity → We critically engage with yoga’s history, honoring its wisdom while questioning its limitations (patriarchy, hierarchy, dogma) and rethinking what spirituality can mean today.
Post-Lineage Yoga → Yoga is not owned by any one tradition. We draw from multiple sources, seeing knowledge as a web rather than a rigid structure.
Science Meets Embodied Inquiry → Breath, movement, and nervous system awareness weave together to create a practice that feels truly integrated.
Personalized & Adaptive Learning → Your yoga practice—and teaching—should reflect you. This training encourages inquiry and adaptability, rather than one-size-fits-all answers.
Curiosity & Critical Thinking → Yoga is not something to passively receive; it’s something to explore, refine, and evolve.
“This training is an exploration—not just of movement and philosophy, but of what spirituality can mean in today’s world. We move beyond romanticizing the past or reducing yoga to biomechanics, and instead engage with tradition and science as tools for inquiry, not absolutes to follow.”
Are you ready to explore?
