Welcome to The Way Inward — Body-Oriented Coaching for Women

There comes a moment when you feel: this can’t continue. You’re tired, overstimulated, or perhaps shut down. Your mind is working overtime, while your body sends signals you don’t fully understand. Maybe you feel stuck — in work, in your family, or within yourself.

The Way Inward is a body-oriented group journey for women who want to come home to their bodies and their lives.

We work with the nervous system, boundaries, embodiment, and expanding your inner capacity — so you experience space instead of pressure.

This is not a quick fix but a process of slowing down, softening, and deepening. The power of a group offers recognition, support, and shared growth. You will notice: you truly don’t have to do this alone.

Your natural state is balance, health, and wholeness. Sometimes it is simply a way back to what was already there. You are welcome — exactly as you are.

Your body can’t heal in fight-or-flight mode.
It needs peace, love, and support.

What we will experience together.

In this trajectory, you will learn to (re)understand the language of your body. Through gentle movement, breath, touch, nervous system regulation, and focused attention, you support your body in releasing stored tension and restoring safety from within.

You will discover how to follow your natural pace — from action to rest, from doing to being.

The power of the group brings recognition, depth, and a felt sense of being held. Within that container, space opens for healing, clarity, and direction. You do not have to do it alone.

Who is this training for?

This body-oriented journey is for women who long for more inner calm, clarity, and connection.

It can be especially supportive for women experiencing:

  • Stress and tension-related symptoms.

  • Chronic fatigue or energetic depletion.

  • Overstimulation.

  • Difficulty feeling or expressing boundaries.

  • Being stuck in work, motherhood, or life.

  • Disconnection to the body or inner compass.

A somatic approach.

We work from a somatic approach: the body as the entry point for awareness, healing, and growth.

Our bodies carry everything we go through. Tension, emotions, and experiences settle into our nervous system and tissues. When tension builds without release, the system becomes dysregulated — we stay switched on, lose touch with rest and trust, and eventually burn out. You will receive the tools and understanding you need to learn how this process works in the body, and how to support your system and nervous system in returning to its natural, self-regulating state.

Often, right where it feels uncomfortable or scary, lies precisely what brings you closer to yourself.

  • Start date: Friday 6 February at 19:00 (7 sessions)

    Price: €450 for 7 sessions, including WhatsApp support, home practices, and guest teachers, each with their own area of expertise.

    All sessions will take place at our studio in Voorhout.

About the teacher.

My name is Renske, and for several years I have been teaching Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with love and dedication, both in the Netherlands and abroad. Through attending various trainings, workshops, and retreats, I have come closer to myself. I now dare to make authentic choices guided by trust and love, with the thought: “We are spiritual beings having a human experience.”

In each class, I create space for breath, visualization, body awareness, and connection with the heart. My classes are a gentle journey through all layers of consciousness and an invitation to come home to yourself.

I look forward to meeting you and sharing this inner journey together!
