50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training
A journey inward through stillness, awareness, and connection
Starts September 2025 – Voorhout, NL
For yoga teachers and curious practitioners alike
In a world shaped by speed and striving, Yin Yoga invites us to pause.
This training is for anyone longing to explore a slower, subtler way of being — whether you're a yoga teacher seeking to deepen your offerings, or a dedicated practitioner drawn to the quieter dimensions of practice.
You don’t need a 200-hour certification to join us. This training can be a first doorway into the world of yoga or a deepening of your inner path. For teachers, it’s a chance to expand your perspective and your tools. For practitioners, it’s a chance to come home — to your body, your breath, and your own quiet wisdom.
What Makes This training Different?
This isn’t just a collection of postures and protocols.
This is a training grounded in relationship — to the body’s web, to sensation, to paradox, to the space between stimulus and response.
You’ll learn how to listen, not just instruct.
To hold space, not just guide.
To teach, not from performance — but from presence.
Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, fascia science, and Taoist philosophy, this training weaves ancient insight with modern understanding.
But more than anything, it’s an invitation to curiosity, reflection, and the art of doing less.

About the Teacher
This training is guided by Maayke Vidts (RYT-500), experienced teacher of Yin, Vinyasa, and Pilates.
She brings a rare mix of anatomical knowledge, philosophical depth, and somatic sensitivity to her work — weaving together her background in movement, bodywork, and inquiry.
Her approach to Yin is spacious, sincere, and rooted in the art of interconnection.
