Door het volgen van diverse opleidingen, workshops en retreats ben ik dichter bij mezelf gekomen. Ik durf nu authentiek keuzes te maken vanuit vertrouwen en liefde, met de gedachte: “We are spiritual beings having a human experience.” In elke les creëer ik ruimte voor ademhaling, visualisatie, lichaamsbewustzijn en de verbinding met ons hart. Mijn lessen zijn een zachte reis door alle lagen van ons bewustzijn en een uitnodiging om thuis te komen in jezelf. Ik kijk ernaar uit om je te ontmoeten en samen deze innerlijke reis te maken!
